We are pleased to present our latest project: an assembly and test stand for specialized power hydraulic valve blocks. The stand is used to conduct tests and precisely measure hydraulic parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and flow resistance, as well as measure the rotational speed of hydraulic components and the functionality of prototype systems. The stand is equipped with a fixed- and variable-displacement pump unit with a load-sensing controller and a power and pressure limiter. The stand is also equipped with a computer that allows for the analysis of hydraulic diagrams and internal cross-sections of the designed valve blocks, and the visualization of hydraulic parameters.
