IVENTEC was founded in response to the growing market demand for highly specialized and reliable solutions in the field of hydraulics. Our goal is to provide machine manufacturers with comprehensive engineering support – from a clean sheet of paper to the final commissioning of a finished machine at the end customer's premises. We believe that the key to success in modern industry is the integration of the powerful power of hydraulics with the precise intelligence of automation.

Designing from the Ground Up: The Foundation for Reliability
At our company, the creative process always begins with dialogue and thorough analysis. We understand that each application places unique demands on the drive, so we reject formulaic solutions in favor of a customized approach. Our qualified team of engineers precisely examines key parameters: required forces, operating speeds, operating dynamics, and range of functionality. Based on this, we conduct in-depth engineering calculations, which form the basis for creating the optimal hydraulic scheme and component selection. During the design phase, we place particular emphasis on:
- Energy efficiency: minimizing energy losses through optimal selection of high-efficiency components
- Ergonomics of the structure: well-thought-out arrangement of components facilitating subsequent operation and servicing
- Safety: Designing multi-level protection systems against overloads and failures

Hydrostatic drives and mobile hydraulics
One of our core specialties is hydrostatic drives and hydraulics for mobile machinery operating systems. These drives efficiently convert and transmit mechanical energy via a working fluid to receivers such as motors and actuators. Each component – from the pump, through valves and distributors, to filters and tanks – is selected with specific operating conditions in mind, such as extreme temperatures and aggressive environments.

Optimization of existing systems
In addition to building new systems, IVENTEC also optimizes and modernizes (retrofits) existing systems. In the era of Industry 4.0, power alone is not enough. IVENTEC goes beyond traditional mechanics, offering integration of hydraulics with advanced automation. We program PLCs and dedicated operator displays, allowing for complete machine control, real-time parameter monitoring, and the implementation of intelligent alarm systems and emergency procedures.

Service and expert support
Our collaboration with clients doesn't end with the delivery of components. We provide full support during installation and commissioning, performing a series of tests to verify system tightness and performance. We also provide professional advice on system assembly, machine commissioning, and the selection of operating media. We also perform system flushing and commissioning of prototype machines.
