Another of our recent projects is the hydrostatic drive for a self-propelled slurry tanker. The project included
- gathering basic design assumptions and expected machine parameters
- calculation of mechanical and hydraulic parameters
- selection and delivery of components for the hydrostatic drive and reel, hydraulic steering system, cooling and filtration system, hydraulic braking system, hydraulic control of spray booms and control electronics
- design and production of specialized valve blocks for synchronizing MGE18 traction drive engines and changing steering modes
- creating a hydraulic and electrical drive diagram
- machine start-up and testing as well as after-sales assistance
