Design of the hydraulic drives of a self-propelled slurry tanker

Another of our recent projects is the hydrostatic drive for a self-propelled slurry tanker. The project included

  • gathering basic design assumptions and expected machine parameters
  • calculation of mechanical and hydraulic parameters
  • selection and delivery of components for the hydrostatic drive and reel, hydraulic steering system, cooling and filtration system, hydraulic braking system, hydraulic control of spray booms and control electronics
  • design and production of specialized valve blocks for synchronizing MGE18 traction drive engines and changing steering modes
  • creating a hydraulic and electrical drive diagram
  • machine start-up and testing as well as after-sales assistance
