Thanks to the direct integration of the electric motor with the inverter and gearbox, a modern unit has been created that can perfectly replace standard hydraulic motors and easily ensure the electrification of your machine.

- External dimensions similar to standard MS series hydraulic motors and standardization of mounting dimensions allow for the transformation of hydrostatic drives into electric drives without the need for major changes in the machine's design

eFlow™

Danfoss Editron

Danfoss Editron systems are advanced electric and hybrid solutions for off-highway machinery, heavy-duty vehicles, and marine vessels. Their key feature is the use of SRPM (Synchronous Reluctance Assisted Permanent Magnet) technology, which provides the highest power density and efficiency on the market.

EM-PMI180 a compact 48 V motor (7 kW rated power) with a hairpin winding, designed specifically to drive hydraulic pumps in machines such as lifts and mini-excavators
EM-PMI540B: high-efficiency motor (approx. 96%), capable of continuous operation at full power without time limits

Inverters (series EC-C): Intelligent inverters (e.g. EC-C1200) with advanced software for power distribution optimization and self-diagnostics

Key benefits of Editron technology

High efficiency: systems achieve up to 98% efficiency, which translates into lower energy consumption and the possibility of using smaller batteries
Compactness: SRPM motors are lighter and smaller by about 15% compared to traditional induction motors (ACIM) of the same power
Resistance (IP67): the devices are designed to work in extreme conditions (dust, humidity, vibrations), as confirmed by tests in a salt spray chamber
Intelligent software: the system not only drives, but also constantly monitors parameters (e.g. temperature, range) and optimizes the operation of each component
