Hydraulic teaching stations

Using the experience we have gained, we have created an offer addressed to secondary schools and universities with a technical profile, as well as production plants related to the specialty of machine drives.

Our offer includes the production of teaching stations used for practical classes in power hydraulics and pneumatics. We manufacture the stations from scratch, and their configuration is precisely tailored to the customer's requirements. Depending on the needs, we can design stations with varying degrees of sophistication: from the simplest versions enabling basic exercises to highly advanced versions demonstrating the operating principles of pumps with capacity controllers, proportional technology, principles of control system programming, and advanced measurement techniques. This allows for close adaptation to the knowledge level of students, students, and engineering staff in production plants.

The stations are constructed using components from proven and reputable manufacturers, ensuring long-lasting, trouble-free operation. Their modular design and low-voltage power supply allow for quick conversion between different operating modes and easy installation in standard classrooms.

Sample configuration

  • Mobile assembly table with a double-sided work zone, built-in space for installing a hydraulic power unit and compressor with double doors on both sides of the table and a sound-proof housing, vertical perforated board for mounting hydraulic and pneumatic components, double-sided workspace lighting with a switch and a 230V socket
  • Hydraulic pump unit consisting of two pumps of different design connected in tandem and a 2.2 kW, 230V, 50 Hz electric motor connected by a connector and a clutch, a set of pressure limiting valves and solenoid valves for quick pressure relief from the system
  • Inverter for regulating the speed of the electric motor
