A lifting capacity of 25 tons, a reach of 24 meters, exceptional functionality and maneuverability, and an extremely efficient hydrostatic drive that allows for travel in very difficult terrain? Yes, from today, this is possible thanks to a new version of the wheeled crane, for which we had the pleasure of designing the hydraulic drives and controls. The project included calculations and selection of components for the hydrostatic drive system, steering system, hydropneumatic suspension system, working system drive and hydraulic outriggers, winch and slewing drive, as well as the cooling and filtration system. The specialized valve blocks used in this solution significantly improved the machine's functionality, simplified hydraulic connections, reduced the number of fasteners and hoses, and improved machine safety. We look forward to more successful projects like this, with great potential for mass production!
